Turcotte has represented buyers, sellers and tenants on hundreds of transactions. His clients currently occupy more than 1.6 million square feet of distribution space in the Alamo City, which is approximately 6 percent of local inventory. Bill Holder, a San Antonio native, earned a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. He has more than 19 years of successful experience in the San Antonio commercial real estate market. His specialties include land, industrial, office and retail brokerage; buyer/tenant and seller/landlord representation; project leasing; and performing broker price opinion of value for all types of properties.

Swanson has more than 15 years of commercial brokerage, leasing, and consulting experience and represents tenants and buyers in the retail, industrial, office and investment industries. Swanson spent 20 years in logistics for FedEx where he was a top performing worldwide account manager, working with global companies like Dell Computers, Compaq, Tenneco and USAA.

Before he worked in auto sales, Conner had a prominent career in open-wheel racing. He began road racing at just 12 years old and turned professional by the age of 16. His achievements in racing are remarkable: at 17, he became the youngest winner of the 2014 SCCA National Championship Runoffs, securing the Formula Atlantic title at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in California. That same year, he also claimed the 2014 SCCA National Points Championship in Formula Atlantic and became the 2014 SVRA Indy Lights National Champion, clinched at Austin’s Circuit of the Americas.
